Right to Information act provides all citizens, a transparent view of the government policies. It’s the responsibility of government to provide satisfactory replies to their queries. RTI portal reduces the cumbersome task of writing long documents in response to the questions raised by common man.

The portal consists of templates in which authority personnel has to fill in data pertaining to the basic or some frequently asked questions. The citizens can then view all the chapters containing information about particulars of an organization, rules and regulations, powers and duties, decision making process and many more such activities providing an insight into the government policies and how various departments function.

The website has received appreciation from the government of Gujarat, media persons and social workers. The chances of this website being used as a benchmark for all RTI related applications are very likely. We have no competition so far. We wish to approach other state governments to avail this resource resulting in a more transparent and democratic organization.
